The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) sets an overall framework for intergovernmental efforts to tackle the challenge posed by climate change.

It recognises that the climate system is a shared resource, the stability of which can be affected by industrial and other emissions of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases.

Martineau & Co facilitated a strategic retreat for UNFCCC’s Strategy and Policy Development Unit in Bonn to help the members of the new team get to know each other and agree shared objectives for the coming years.

Working with Martineau & Co was an entirely positive experience. In particular the innovative and people-centred approach helped to build our team and bring together a strategy that we could all own.
